Stripe is the only currently supported payment provider. USDT and PayPal are not currently accepted. Available card and wallet methods are determined by Stripe Checkout for the customer and region.

The backend may have Adaptive Mode off, limited to the employee beta, or available to Premium and Ultimate. You must also be authenticated and use the supported BTC/USDT Binance Spot market, Smart Money SuperTrend, and a backend-validated timeframe. Client-side event emission cannot bypass these checks.

Current uses the latest expected finalized candle. Recovering means the backend is retrying a transient data, socket, or computation problem. Stale means expected finalized data or output is late; the chart keeps the last valid line with a warning and never silently substitutes Manual Mode.

The chart reconnects and requests a fresh authoritative snapshot automatically. If recovery does not complete, record the symbol, timeframe, status, approximate time with timezone, and safe error message, then open one support ticket. Do not include authentication tokens or full socket payloads.
