TradingView is a social network for traders and investors across the financial world. The best feature of TradingView is its interactive financial charts which can be used for analysis and generating trading ideas. Any asset can be analyzed with a library of advanced tools and indicators, all totally free. If you subscribe to the paid version of TradingView you get additional features such as the seconds chart and split chart features, but a paid subscription to TradingView is not required to use YinYang.
You will have to create a free account with TradingView to be able to access YinYang. Have your TradingView username ready for when you purchase YinYang.
YinYang must be added through TradingView Simply follow our guide in How to Use YinYang to add it to your TradingView Indicators.
Yes, the free account allows up to 3 Indicators per chart. However, it will be better if you have atleast the Pro plan since we offer more than 3 Indicators and you won't be able to use them all at once with the free plan.
Make sure that you have deleted all indicators and reset all charts before logging in to the TradingView account with the username you provided when you purchased YinYang. Navigate to the Indicators & Strategies Library (Hotkey "/") and find the folder "invite-only scripts." In this folder you will see YinYang Trend, YinYang Momentum, YinYang RSI YinYang Fear and Greed Index (FGI) and YinYang Volume. If you purchase YinYang and do not see the "invite-only scripts" folder or the indicators, you may be logged into the wrong account or you may have misspelled your TradingView username when you signed up with us. Edit your TradingView Username in your Personal Information on our website to automatically update your TradingView Username in our system. If you've already been added to our TradingView and this is a name change, you'll need to wait for us to process and update it. You will be notified on our website and through email once its been processed. If you haven't been added yet, you can update it as many times as you want. If you are still having trouble, please create a Support Ticket. Be aware, after your purchase it may take up to 24 hours after purchase and 15 minutes after subscription confirmation before YinYang will be visible.
Assuming you are signed in to TradingView already, your username can be found directly to the right of the search bar on the TradingView homepage as well as in your account info. We do not need the email that you signed up for TradingView with. The username is the only information we need from TradingView to be able to grant your account access.
If you ever change your TradingView username, you will unknowingly break the connection and lose access to YinYang. Please go to your Account and change it there. Edit your TradingView Username in your Personal Information on our website to automatically update your TradingView Username in our system. If you've already been added to our TradingView and this is a name change, you'll need to wait for us to process and update it. You will be notified on our website and through email once its been processed. If you haven't been added yet, you can update it as many times as you want.
After you edit your username in your Profile there will be a message beside it saying 'Pending' until it is successfully changed. You will also recieve an email and a notification on here when it has been updated as well. Please note editing of your TradingView address in the account page without Subscribing won't result in any emails, notification or 'Processing' needed.
If you see the "study_not_auth" message when attempting to access YinYang indicators on TradingView, that means that you no longer have access to the scripts. Your subscription may have ran out or you may need to reset your chart or relog into the account. If you ever change your Tradingview username, you will unknowingly break the connection and lose access to YinYang. Please update your TradingView Username in your Profile to maintain the connection to our TradingView Indicators.
We do not offer solutions to setting up YinYang on the chart of any exchange. You will be accessing YinYang indicators only through Tradingview.com. Be sure to search for your exchanges' charts on TradingView so that you can do analysis with accurate, real time data. For example, if you do a simple symbol search for "BTC" on TradingView you will see countless Bitcoin charts pop op. You would find the chart corresponding to the exchange you are trading on (Bybit, Coinbase, Binance, KuCoin, etc.) and save that to your watchlist.
YinYang will interpret any chart that is accessible on Tradingview.com which includes but is not limited to crypto, stocks, traditional currencies, futures, bonds and precious metals.

Once your application is approved you will receive your Affiliate Code. Simply share this code with people, and when they purchase any Plan and use your Affiliate Code at checkout, the customer will get an extra 5% off and you will recieve 8% of the back as profit! As an example, if you were an Onyx Level Affiliate and a customer purchased a Yearly Subscription and didn't use a coupon code. Commissions from affiliates are paid out monthly, on the 1st of the month before 12am (UTC) in USDT. ensure your Affiliate Payment (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address is filled out properly to get your earnings. Please note: Payouts can be subject to delay. Please allow for up to 24 hours (2nd of the month at 12am UTC) before submitting a Support Ticket.
You can edit your Affiliate Payment (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address at any time within your Profile or in your Affiliate page. However ensure you have it properly filled out before the 1st of the month or you will forfeit your payment. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.
You can view your affiliate commission earnings in your Affiliate Commissions Table in your Affiliate page. It will show your Commission %, Total Customers, Monthly Customers, Pending Customers, Total Sales, Monthly Sales, Pending Sales, Total Payout, Monthly Payout and Pending Payout.
There is no limit to how many people can use your code. The more the merrier.
Commissions aren't added to Affiliate Commissions Table until 48 hours after they have been added to our YinYang Indicators, when our has expired. If for whatever reason a refund does occur after commissions have been added, they will then be deducted from your to be Monthly Payout. YinYang Algorithms Inc. reserves the right to void any commissions if deemed necessary. Please review our Affiliate Disclaimer.
Your commissions are calculated based on 8% of the cost before taxes and after any coupon and your reseller code has been applied. Ex: A customer purchases a yearly plan for $449.98. They use a 5% off coupon and your 5% off reseller code. Their new total before taxes is $404.98. You will recieve $32.40 in commissions from this transaction.
YinYang Algorithms Inc. retains the right to remove anyone who has violated our agreement, means harm to our users, abuses a bug or in general seems harmful to our company. If you feel like you have been wrongfully banned, or just want more information as to why, please submit us a Support Ticket.
We send payment through USDT, in most cases it should appear in your wallet within a few minutes, but in certain circumstances it can take up to a few hours. Please verify you have entered your Affiliate Payment (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address properly. If it has been longer than 24 hours and you have entered your Affiliate Payment (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address properly, please submit us a Support Ticket. Due note, if we verify we did indeed send it to the address you've supplied, you will not be paid a second time. Refer to our Affiliate Disclaimer for more information.
If we notice there is suspicious activiy regarding your Affiliate Account we will Either Ban your Account, Affiliate Status or Reject payments. You may Appeal this if you feel like its been wrongfully done. In your account page, under your Profile Name and beside your Notification Button there is a blue button with a scroll in it. This is where you can access your Refunds and Appeals. Simply locate your Affiliate Banned or Payments Rejected Appeal and click the 'Appeal' button. Please note you can only Appeal once, after that you will have to create a Support Ticket. Refer to our Affiliate Disclaimer for more information as to our rules and how to avoid this happening again.
Generally you'll be added within 1 hour of subscription time during business hours. Our business hours are 12pm - 4am UTC. You'll be notified via email and on our website once your subscription has become active. Please allow 24 hours after subscription time to be added before making a Support Ticket.
All subscriptions will Auto-Renew, unless purchased with USDT (Cryptocurrency).
In your account page, under your Profile Name and beside your Notification Button there is a blue button with a scroll in it. This is where you can access your Refunds and Appeals. Simply locate the Subscription you are looking for and click the 'Refundable' button. Please note, Refunds can only be granted within 48 hours of being granted Premium Account and given access to our TradingView indicators. After this time, you may request a refund through a Support Ticket.
If you sent an incomplete amount you will have to send the remainder in a second payment. Your subscription / premium account wont take place until the full payment has been received. If we notice a partial payment, you will be sent an email and notification on here displaying the remainder due. Please create another (TRC20) USDT Purchase. Simply re-select the same Purchase Duration (Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly) that you selected before, Select '(TRC20) USDT' as Payment and click the button that says 'Partial Payment'. Enter the amount remaining (It should autofill), Ensure your (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address is accurate and click the 'Confirm Purchase' button. Please send the amount due to us BEFORE you click the 'Payment Sent' button. Once you have sent your amount due, click the 'Payment Sent' button and we will process your payment and get back to you within 24 hours.
