YinYang offers a recurring subscription for website access, including Ultimate, wherever the live pricing page marks checkout available. Ultimate keeps its existing price and Premium web features while its additional heatmaps and automation tools are in development. TradingView premium indicators are separate and will be offered directly through TradingView if Creator approval is granted.

Premium provides YinYang web analytics and supported proprietary web features, including Adaptive Mode for supported tools once the public rollout is enabled (currently employees only). Ultimate remains purchasable as a website-only tier and adds a roadmap of liquidity and liquidation heatmaps, paper trading, and native alerts, all explicitly marked Coming Soon. Neither tier includes TradingView invite-only script access.

Stripe is the only currently supported payment provider. USDT and PayPal are not currently accepted. Available card and wallet methods are determined by Stripe Checkout for the customer and region.

Where both intervals are displayed in the live pricing experience, choose the interval before entering Stripe Checkout. Confirm the interval and total in Stripe before paying.

Open Profile and choose Manage Billing. Eligible subscriptions open Stripe Customer Portal, where payment methods and cancellation can be managed. Account-specific renewal or end dates shown there are authoritative.

Refresh Profile after Stripe completes. If the effective plan still disagrees with the Stripe receipt, do not purchase again; open a ticket with the receipt email, approximate checkout time, and a screenshot that excludes full payment details.

No. Current plan prices, billing intervals, and any eligible promotions are shown before secure Stripe Checkout. Free account access and public-beta access are separate from paid subscriptions.

Eligible Ultimate subscriptions receive 30% off the first 12 monthly billing cycles or the first annual term while the introductory offer is active and configured. Existing coupons retain their stated duration; the current checkout quote confirms eligibility and price.

Yes. A valid Coupon already attached to a subscription retains its promised Stripe duration. New eligibility follows the currently displayed offer, and existing Ultimate subscriptions are not automatically repriced.

Refund requests for the first paid subscription charge may be submitted within 48 hours of payment. Requests are reviewed under this policy, applicable law, and abuse protections. The window does not restart on renewal, submission does not guarantee approval, and mandatory statutory rights remain available.

Open one authenticated billing ticket with the charge date, Stripe receipt identifier, expected plan or price, and requested resolution. Do not include a full card number, security code, password, or authentication token.

Use an authenticated support ticket. Identity verification may be required, and some billing, security, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained. The verified request path currently requires account access.

No. Account sharing is not allowed. Keep login credentials, TradingView access, webhook secrets, and connected-service credentials private.

Free and Essential do not include Adaptive Mode. At public launch it is included with Premium and Ultimate. While the rollout is employees, only authenticated employees can activate it and public plan displays show Coming Soon.

The backend may have Adaptive Mode off, limited to the employee beta, or available to Premium and Ultimate. You must also be authenticated and use the supported BTC/USDT Binance Spot market, Smart Money SuperTrend, and a backend-validated timeframe. Client-side event emission cannot bypass these checks.

TradingView access is separate from all YinYang website plans. Our Creator Program application is pending; paid TradingView subscriptions are not available yet. Browse our author profile for published free and invite-only tools and updates.

No. YinYang website checkout no longer asks for a TradingView username or grants invite-only scripts. Existing customers with older access arrangements may contact support about their historical username.

TradingView must approve our Creator Program application and Paid Space before subscriptions can open. No activation date or review deadline is guaranteed. Existing customers with prior manual access arrangements should contact support.

Invite-only publications require separately granted TradingView access. A YinYang website subscription does not unlock them. Existing customers with a historical paid grant can contact support with their script name and TradingView username.

Use on TradingView opens the authoritative publication. Open Source means TradingView exposes the Pine source under its rules. A Free protected publication would be usable without source access; the current profile has no protected-free publication.

Discord access and premium channels remain active where applicable. Channel management and bot improvements may change later, but they are not presented as completed work today.

The primary web-platform product data is BTC/USDT Binance Spot. TradingView publications may be usable on other TradingView-supported markets according to each publication, but that does not expand the web chart's current data scope.

Use the timeframe selector in the chart header. Scroll or pinch to zoom and drag to pan within the chart. A timeframe change may briefly defer expensive indicators until the new candle series is ready.

Open Indicators, enable only the tools needed, and use settings for supported controls. Presets coordinate enabled states and settings; review the apply mode so a preset does not replace a workspace unintentionally.

Market Health combines implemented pressure, structure, volume, participation, and candle context. Free and Essential receive Market Health Lite with a 15-minute delay; Premium receives real-time data and full history.

Use the view selector on /market-data. Whale Feed and Time Series are account- and plan-aware, and the interface will show an upgrade prompt only when access is genuinely unavailable.

Volume Profile shows the distribution of traded volume across price levels for the visible analysis context. Candle Insights opens implemented detail for the selected candle, including price, participation, and whale context where available.

Yes. The application is responsive and supports touch navigation. Landscape can provide more chart context, while portrait keeps core controls available. Report the device, browser, orientation, and screenshot if a control is clipped.

YinYang Adaptive Intelligence evaluates finalized market data and uses proprietary server-side optimization for supported tools. Adaptive Mode launches with Smart Money SuperTrend and sends completed renderable output—not private selected settings—to the chart. AI Auto Mode is a legacy search term for the same operating mode.

Manual controls are intentionally inactive while Adaptive Mode is selected because the backend supplies completed indicator output. Your manual values remain preserved and return exactly when you explicitly select Manual Mode.

No. The current adaptive configuration is applied across the bounded history displayed on the chart. It does not reconstruct which configuration would have been selected at each point in the past and does not guarantee future performance.

Open the chart and expand Strategy Tester below it. The Smart Money SuperTrend launch link enables that strategy only if needed, preserves other active indicators and saved settings, and opens the panel when access permits.

Yes. The owner has confirmed Alerts support for every current publication. Create the alert from the exact script condition and verify its symbol, timeframe, frequency, and message before relying on it.

Webhook-ready appears only on catalogue entries with publication or verified implementation evidence. The current verified workflows are the Martingale + Grid DCA Strategy and Machine Learning Donchian DCA Grid Strategy. Compatible external services control execution.

No. Current automation is TradingView alert to webhook to a compatible external execution service. YinYang does not directly custody funds or execute trades. Users are responsible for configuration and trading decisions; platform-native automation remains Coming Soon.

Accounts created counts attributed registrations. Paid conversions count referred accounts with an authoritative paid Stripe invoice in the current Stripe mode. Active subscribers count those paid referrals whose current backend subscription is active. Names and emails are never exposed.

Reward accounting, amounts, conversion, redemption, and Stripe credit application are not implemented. Qualifying referrals are being tracked while that system is prepared, but no cash, Reward Credit, or AI Credit balance should be inferred.

Current uses the latest expected finalized candle. Recovering means the backend is retrying a transient data, socket, or computation problem. Stale means expected finalized data or output is late; the chart keeps the last valid line with a warning and never silently substitutes Manual Mode.

The chart reconnects and requests a fresh authoritative snapshot automatically. If recovery does not complete, record the symbol, timeframe, status, approximate time with timezone, and safe error message, then open one support ticket. Do not include authentication tokens or full socket payloads.

Confirm the connection, reload once, then try a private window to separate cache or extension issues. Avoid repeatedly clearing all browser data before preserving the exact error and reproduction steps.

The application is designed for modern browsers generally. Use a current stable version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Include the exact browser version when reporting a compatibility issue.

Include the route, account email, timeframe, approximate timestamp with timezone, exact message, and steps to reproduce. A screenshot or short recording helps; never include passwords, full card data, API secrets, or authentication-state files.

For Stripe billing, include the account email and exact portal error without payment secrets. For historical TradingView access, contact support with the affected script and username. New website purchases do not provision TradingView access.

Support aims to respond typically within 24 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee. One complete ticket is more useful than duplicate tickets for the same issue.
