We have the right to refuse payment if we deem it is malicious or fraudulent. In the case of such, the payment shall be reported to the authorities and your account will be temporarily suspended until appropriate action has taken place. Generally your payment will be processed within 24 hours but we make no guarantees. Delays may happen due to an issue with our automation or from an employee but regardless we are not at fault and claim no guarantee on delivery date. If we can't validate your payment, especially ones done through USDT, we make no guarantee you will be processed and added to our indicators, discord, affiliate program or anything else by us. You have a 48 hour 'Refund Period' after being added to our YinYang Indicators where you can apply for a refund within your Profile. After 48 hours you must create a Support Ticket. Refunds are subject to being declined if we deem fit, generally it will be because the Subscription has passed the Refund Period, the Affiliate was already paid for your purchase or the Subscription seemed suspicious. Our Affiliate Program is a privilege not a right. You are not entitled to anything. We deem the right to remove payment if deemed necessary for whatever reason. If you fail to submit the proper 'Affiliate Payment (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address' or there is an issue with the blockchain itself and payment is not delivered, we will not resubmit your payment. You bare full responsibility to supply us with the proper 'Affiliate Payment (TRC20) USDT Wallet Address'. You may update this address at anytime, but ensure it is proper before the 1st of every month when payment is delivered. This includes but is not limited to if you lose access to your Wallet. If your Premium subscription ends, any Affiliate Payments due will become void and null. Payouts will not be sent to any accounts found to have been cheating or engaging in any other fraudulent behavior. If we deduce that are exploiting a bug, cheating or engaging in fraudulent behavior, you may have your Affiliate status revoked and/or account banned.
